Emma is from Slater, IA. She has been a part of the Salon team since 2017 and has been in the hair industry for 10+ years. Emma is most inspired by unique people and she loves to help her clients express their individuality. She enjoys creative color, has a passion for curly hair, and takes pride in helping her clients achieve their best curls with innovative cutting and styling techniques.

Natalie has been in the industry for 20+ years. Her expertise and lively personality set her apart and guarantee you will have a wonderful experience. She takes the time to create a plan and execute perfection. She is detailed and confident in her skills. Natalie is an expert in hair cutting and will ensure you are taken care of and leave the salon feeling classy and beautiful.

With seven years of professional experience and advanced training with North American Aveda and Sassoon color and haircutting educator, my background in precision cutting and modern color techniques allows me to create looks that are intentional, wearable, and designed to grow out beautifully. I work with all hair textures, with extensive experience across the full curl spectrum—from loose waves to tight coils. I’m passionate about healthy hair and thoughtful consultations, and I believe the best results come from truly understanding your hair goals and daily routine.

Tanner grew up in Waterloo, IA and has been a stylist since 2021. Initially training at PCI Academy in Ames, he started his career in Des Moines with Aveda as a haircutting specialist. Tanner has trained with multiple members of the Aveda Global Education team to further elevate his technical ability & create a look uniquely curated for each client. Some of his current favorites are lived-in blondes, mini-mullets, 90’s inspired long layers, and french bobs. When Tanner isn’t behind the chair, he loves stopping by thrift stores like Atomic Garage and St. Vincent de Paul. He also loves getting outside, frequenting nature trails and bike loops in the metro. On the occasional lazy day in, you can find him with his cats, Pearl and Piper, on another rewatch of Vanderpump Rules or playing a video game. Erin was raised in Harlan, IA and moved to Ames in 2023 to start her hair journey at PCI Academy right after high school. Erin is all about learning new ways to achieve different goals that range between alternative to bright blondes! She loves growing her knowledge over hair cutting with men’s cuts and layers. In Erin’s free time she likes to be outside with her pets, Ryder and Frank; she enjoys reading by the pool, hiking, and playing cozy games!
